Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianDescription:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Parkway Products, LL. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all molding equipment and facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Repair: Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in the molding department, including robotic systems, IMM, ultrasonic welders, and other auxiliary equipment.
  • Maintenance Records: Ensure all maintenance records and related paperwork are filled appropriately and kept in compliance with FDA & ISO standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in department continuous improvement plans, suggesting and making modifications to equipment to increase productivity and reduce overall cost and equipment failure.
  • Equipment Installation: Assist in equipment installation, validation, and capability studies, working with Engineering to provide assistance in installation, qualification, and start-up of new equipment.
  • Process Data: Document and maintain all relevant process data to ensure quality and dimensional stability of parts throughout production.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of electrical control systems, PLC experience, and understanding of control system design and network communication interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School degree or equivalent, 2yr Engineering Degree Preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience (7+) repairing injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment and performing process troubleshooting.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, PLC experience, and ability to work independently.

Work Environment: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
