About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure HVAC equipment is in good working condition, including filter replacement, cleaning, and lubrication.
  • Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems, including pneumatic, electrical, and electronic controls.
  • System Calibration: Calibrate pneumatic, electronic, and electrical controls to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, work performed, and projected dates of critical component replacement.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent plus two (2) years of experience in building maintenance and equipment or other related experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of proper operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment used in performing tasks and basic mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Teamwork: Work as a team member and foster a cooperative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: HVAC equipment and systems maintenance experience.
