Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our stormwater management crew in providing top-notch services to our clients. As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to deliver stormwater management services, including pond maintenance, lake management, and erosion control.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with engineering, survey, and grading plans.
  • Monitor and control labor hours and materials to stay within budget.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently to complete project scope.
  • Communicate effectively with Regional Managers and project stakeholders to clarify project scope and avoid return visits.
  • Complete and submit thorough Project Completion Reports.
Requirements:
  • Background and experience in lake/pond maintenance, construction, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide application, grading, and erosion control.
  • Background and experience as a Crew leader, foreman, or supervisor.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems on the job site.
  • Ability to regularly work on slopes, around water, and in variable weather conditions.
  • Results-driven and collaborative team spirit.
