Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a dedicated and experienced psychiatrist to serve as the Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program.
Key Responsibilities- Program Administration: Lead the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program, develop and maintain a system for recruitment, evaluation, and selection of fellows, establish and monitor the goals and objectives of the training program, and ensure compliance with ACGME/Residency Review Committee standards.
- Curriculum and Evaluation: Develop and implement a curriculum evaluation system, evaluate trainee progress and competencies, provide regular feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Faculty Development: Evaluate and develop faculty performance, provide faculty development programs, and support faculty in their roles as teachers and supervisors.
- Clinical Supervision and Teaching: Provide direct clinical supervision, participate in didactic and clinical conferences, teach and supervise both residents and fellows, and provide lectures for medical students.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Provide consultation and liaison psychiatric services to patients in the Emergency Department and medical floors at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, provide direct patient care at or through 1427 Vine Street Clinic, and serve a patient population primarily consisting of adolescents and children, with some adults.
