Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will embody our Mission of Love by coordinating, delegating, and administering comprehensive care for residents during your assigned shift and unit.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with nursing staff to create detailed care plans based on thorough assessments of resident needs and strengths.
  • Providing work schedules and assignments to a team of non-exempt employees or a small group of professionals.
  • Conducting performance evaluations, recommending disciplinary actions, and facilitating resolutions.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position, you must possess:
  • A Temporary Practice Permit for a Graduate Practical Nurse or a valid LPN License.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A genuine interest in delivering quality care to the elderly and individuals with limited physical and/or mental capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors, peers, residents, their families, and other staff members.
  • Sound nursing judgment in executing responsibilities.
  • The ability to assess the effectiveness of medications and treatments, as well as identify potential adverse reactions.
  • Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
