Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in the operations of our mental health and specialty pharmacy. This role involves the dispensing of medical prescriptions and performing essential clerical tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients and clinic staff.
- Assist in filling prescription orders and ensure their availability for verification by the supervising pharmacist.
- Manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmacy supplies.
- Process medication orders from wholesalers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying medication stock and entering data into the system.
- Collaborate with the pharmacist to uphold pharmacy operations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the pharmacy department.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Bilingual skills (preferably in Hmong & Karen).
