Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Helpdesk Tech to join our team at 360care. As a Helpdesk Tech, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective technical assistance and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to IT service requests via various channels, including email, chat, and customer-facing portal.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Analyze and diagnose technical issues, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Install, modify, update, and repair computer hardware and software configurations, settings, and permissions.
  • Network Support: Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), WiFi, and other networks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and recommend solutions to supervisors and peers, and interact regularly with internal and external IT partners.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge and Experience: 1+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to gather information and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
