Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) team. As a CICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- 1+ years of Cardiac ICU or Critical Care Experience Required
- AL RN License
- BLS and ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire
