Job Title: Nursing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager to join our team at Providence Swedish First Hill. As a Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and services, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current Washington state RN license.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in oncology nursing, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators.
