About the Role

  • Ensure prompt and high-quality repair services to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work with precision and attention to detail
  • Develop knowledge of product lines and sales techniques through ongoing training and certification programs

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in repairing stringed instruments
  • Familiarity with Guitar Center products is a plus
