Responsibilities
  • Teach swim lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans based on individual student needs.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to achieve team goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in aquatic education or related field.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.
  • Strong swimming abilities and physical stamina.
Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 per year.
