Propane Cylinder Handler

Ferrellgas is seeking a Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for inspecting, filling, loading, and unloading propane cylinders and tanks for our delivery drivers and customers. You will work primarily outside on our dock, promoting safety and customer satisfaction while lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair propane cylinders and tanks
  • Scrape and paint cylinders and tanks as needed
  • Maintain the Service Center office and plant or yard for a professional appearance
  • Fills cylinders for customers at the dock
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquiries

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Good driving record and valid driver's license
  • Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Genuine commitment to providing superior customer service
