Job Summary:

CNT Associates is seeking an experienced Janitor/Custodian to join our team in Rio Grande City. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the building, including bathrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
  • Empty and decontaminate trash containers, and dispose of infectious waste as needed.
  • Mix and apply cleaning solutions to various surfaces and areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and picking up trash.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in janitorial or custodial work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
