  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure best industry practices through budgeting, scheduling, analysis, reporting, and contract negotiation
  • Promote the brand by representing the Tech Ops department at meetings and presenting plans, projects, and activities clearly
  • Manage all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, developing standards, procedures, and guidelines for operational areas
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years of experience on Part 135 or 121 jet aircraft
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Industry knowledge in all areas of the Maintenance Department
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Master's degree in related field (desired)
  • A&P License (desired)
