Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Curriculum Manager to join our team at Crowe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy for the Audit practice, ensuring that our professionals have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a learning strategy for the Audit practice, aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning programs, including curriculum development, training, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership on modern learning practices and technologies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on curriculum design and implementation.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality learning programs, with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address learning gaps and needs.
