We are committed to providing you with the training and resources needed to achieve certification as a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) at no cost to you.

Our facility is designed to enhance the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents, offering them daily opportunities for meaningful engagement. We prioritize building personal relationships between our staff and residents, treating each individual with the utmost care and respect.

What to anticipate as a Healthcare Assistant Trainee:

Our comprehensive, paid training program will equip you to become a certified State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) in Kentucky. The training includes:

  • 75 hours of online or classroom instruction
  • Hands-on clinical experience
  • Job mentoring
  • Preparation for the Kentucky Board of Nursing Competency Evaluation Examination

After completing a month of combined classroom and practical training, you will feel prepared and confident to take the State Competency Evaluation Examination with the Kentucky Board of Nursing.

Additionally, we will cover the costs associated with this examination.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you can expect to:

  • Enhance residents' quality of life through personalized care and attentive support.
  • Provide timely assistance with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and mobility, while accurately recording vital signs and ensuring proper nutrition.
  • Contribute valuable insights to the resident care plan by understanding and addressing individual care needs.
  • Encourage independence, promote social interaction, and advocate for the well-being of our residents.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for residents, families, visitors, and fellow staff members.

Applicants must be eligible for an approved Nurse Aide Training Program and are required to pass a state-approved competency evaluation within 120 days of hire.
