Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead our Home Health team in providing high-quality patient care and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home health program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance and support to our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
- Supervise and manage a team of clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and home health aides.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care and services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff on patient care and services, including education and training on new policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and coordination of clinical services with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians and hospitals, to ensure a steady flow of referrals and business growth.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to continuously improve patient care and services.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in home care or hospice environment.
- Minimum one year of recent experience in a supervisory role, preferably in healthcare settings.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of Homecare Homebase experience.
- One year of quality assurance experience.
- Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
