Job Summary

InsideHigherEd is seeking Adjunct Faculty candidates to teach English courses in our College of Arts and Sciences. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate English courses and supporting your courses online using appropriate software tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach English courses to undergraduate students
  • Support courses online using software tools
  • Develop and implement course materials and assessments
  • Provide feedback to students and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in English or Ph.D. in English or a closely related field
  • Teaching experience in English or a related field
  • Ability to teach courses at the college level
  • Experience with online course delivery and software tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience teaching undergraduate, graduate, and/or online courses in English and related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
