Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Innovative Cleaning Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in forming sidewalks, curbs, shallow foundations, and spreading level concrete. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form and finish concrete surfaces to a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with our crews to achieve project goals
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Recent drug screen and background check
  • OSHA 10 certification (we will provide training if necessary)
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in OH, IN, and KY

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skill level, up to $27.00/hour
