About the Role:

Fresh Mark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and directing hourly associates in the manufacturing and processing of high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees through training, enforcement of safety rules, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drive departmental efficiencies and maximize productivity by monitoring and controlling inventory levels and yields.
  • Ensure effective communication and control labor costs, staffing, and overtime.
  • Monitor machinery to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
  • Promote and maintain teamwork among employees.

Requirements:

  • Combination of 2 years of education, training, and/or work experience related to business management, food production, manufacturing processes, or a related field.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends.
  • Supervisors are expected to report one hour prior to their shift for start-up duties and be available to stay after the end of the shift to complete any necessary reports and/or paperwork.
