You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships across a multi-state territory, requiring organization, proactivity, determination, and follow-up skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Work from our Dallas office or remotely, with occasional travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with existing and new clients to sell medical measuring systems, scales, and solutions
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of diverse customer needs
- Develop relationships and provide customer-driven solutions using stand-alone and connected systems
- Be organized and proactive in preparing for customer meetings, visits, follow-up, and deal closings
- Identify and engage with projects and department leaders
- Drive growth and sales through market grasp, product knowledge, and customer service skills
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written skills with relationship-building abilities
- Minimum 2-3 years inside sales experience/account management, preferably in MedSurg devices or distribution
- Skilled in Windows-based computer programs, including Word, Excel, and CRM (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Strong sense of confidence in work performance
- Top organization and communication skills, with ability to work independently and demonstrate professional selling skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related technical area
- Experience developing sales presentations
