We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our team at IVA'AL Solutions LLC. As a key member of our Family Advocacy Program, you will play a critical role in providing support to the Air Force Family Advocacy Program and its clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups who have experienced maltreatment.
- Provide voluntary prevention services to families to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
- Develop and implement secondary prevention services and provide community behavioral health education and family violence education/prevention training.
- Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
- Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
- Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) and Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry skills to create and maintain clinical records.
- Ability to utilize Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software to document client visits and treatment.
This role requires frequent use of standard office equipment and occasional travel, primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
