Position Overview:
Join a dedicated team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Primary Care Physician specializing in Internal Medicine. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine and possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience along with a leadership background.

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients
- Manage an average of 14-16 patients daily
- Ensure compliance with Covid vaccination requirements
- Engage in a collaborative care-team model alongside 2 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records
- Participate in shared phone-only on-call duties
- Access to ancillary services including lab, x-ray, cardiac rehabilitation, orthopedics, endocrinology, wound care, and physical therapy
- Integrated behavioral health services available on-site

Work Schedule:
- 4 clinic shifts per week
- 1 day of administrative work from home
- Weekend/on-call rotation of 1:10

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with potential quality and/or productivity bonuses
