We are in search of a proactive and seasoned professional to become part of our team as an Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor. This role involves overseeing and directing a team of unarmed security personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols, while upholding a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications and Educational Background
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the security field
  • Completion of a 4-Hour Report Writing Course
  • Achieved a favorable performance evaluation rating of "1-Promotable"
  • No more than two (2) unexcused absences in each 90-day period, totaling four (4) per year
  • Successful completion of the 8-hour refresher course (if required by state regulations)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and train all security personnel
  • Draft and submit security reports
  • Ensure safety and security
  • Maintain order within the designated area
  • Supervise staff through regular patrols
  • Designate patrol areas for officers
  • Safeguard individuals and property
  • Conduct routine patrols with the team
  • Be vigilant for suspicious activities, vandalism, or potential hazards
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergency calls
  • Verify that all security systems, including burglar alarms, are functioning correctly
