Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dave & Buster's in Des Moines. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Guide guests through their Midway experience, helping them navigate our game selection and making recommendations when needed
  • Act as an initial point of contact for any issues or concerns guests may have, resolving problems promptly and professionally
  • Enforce house policies and maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as scheduled
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move throughout the facility
