Comprehensive Scheduling Role at Temple Health

The Comprehensive Scheduler II plays a vital role in ensuring patients have the necessary appointments and are not lost to follow-up. With expertise in scheduling across TFP and Hospital Systems, this position focuses on scheduling continuity appointments during the check-out process.

Responsibilities

This role serves as an in-house registration expert, working closely with administration and outside scheduling/vendors to build relationships and optimize referrals. The scheduler will work with their Manager to develop strategies for effective scheduling and ensure seamless communication with patients and staff.

Requirements
  • 1 year experience in internal (TUHS) physician out-patient practice setting performing registration and scheduling tasks
  • Experience with the TFP scheduling system and EPIC
Education and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelors Degree in a Healthcare related program (Preferred)
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
