As a Security Specialist with Palicon Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets. Under general supervision, you will patrol assigned areas, enforce client rules and regulations, and respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, clients' customers, and the general public.
- Patrol assigned areas, report incidents, and preserve order.
- Enforce client rules and regulations, and provide general information and assistance.
- Coordinate with clients and law enforcement personnel regarding incidents and investigations.
- Respond to calls for service, assist with special events, and work with clients and the public.
- Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
- Maintain activity logs, prepare incident reports, and issue parking violation notices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current and valid Security Guard Registration (California Guard Card) issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
- Valid Class 'C' California driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under Palicon Group's vehicle and insurance policy.
- 18 years of age or older.
- No felony convictions or misdemeanor offenses involving moral turpitude.
The work environment for this position will involve working in a variety of settings, including office environments, outdoor areas, and client sites. You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, day/night, and swing shifts.
