Patient Care Partner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Partner to join our team at Guthrie. As a key member of our patient care team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including lifting, turning, and positioning patients, as well as assisting with daily living activities.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Participate in patient safety and satisfaction initiatives.
- Assist with range of motion exercises, mobilizing patients, and transporting equipment.
- Perform and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
- Collect and process specimens, including urine, stool, and sputum.
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and bathing patients.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and service.
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- A competitive hourly rate ranging from $16.00 to $22.37.
