Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions to deliver optimal care and guidance.
- Recognize and interpret symptoms, effectively communicating findings to physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create tailored care plans for patients.
- Conduct routine medical procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, administering injections) and maintain accurate patient records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure the facility maintains high standards of hygiene and safety through regular inspections and cleaning protocols.
- Provide immediate medical assistance during emergencies.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures.
- Oversee and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Enhance professional knowledge and skills by participating in educational workshops and conferences.
- Demonstrated experience as a registered nurse.
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing care methodologies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of emergency care practices.
- Thorough familiarity with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and decontamination protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and responsible approach to patient care.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Patience and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a nursing program.
- Current and valid PA RN nursing license.
