Cybersecurity Advisor

Position Overview:

The Security Consultant at Trinus Corporation plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization towards robust security frameworks. This position operates under the supervision of a Senior Team Leader or Senior Project Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of comprehensive enterprise reference models.
• Analyze and identify discrepancies between existing and desired architectural frameworks.
• Establish guidelines for technology-related decision-making processes.
• Enhance systems and leverage cutting-edge technologies to improve security posture.
• Educate key stakeholders on the significance of enterprise architecture.
• Offer expert guidance and support to IT teams in implementing security measures.
• Document architectural designs utilizing appropriate modeling techniques.
• Ensure compliance with technical integration standards.
• Assess the implications of IT investments on business performance.
• Conduct governance and manage the portfolio effectively.

Required Skills:

• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and principles of enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience in program management and strategic IT planning.
• Strong skills in technical documentation and effective communication.
• Capability to formulate and execute enterprise architecture strategies.
• Advanced expertise with Tanium modules for endpoint management.
• Experience in data querying, patch management, and procedural documentation.
• Proficiency in overseeing patch management and automating processes.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex information to executive leadership.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in aligning IT systems with business objectives.
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to IT or Engineering.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
