Job Title: Heavy Duty Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team at AM Liner East Inc. As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing repair work on diesel trucks and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain diesel trucks and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other components.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Work with a variety of makes and models of diesel trucks and equipment.
  • Use manufacturer's manuals and schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.
  • Strong background in diagnosis and troubleshooting of major components, including engines, transmissions, and differentials.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions independently.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Current CDL license with air brake certification preferred.
