Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team at Workforce Resource. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the packaging of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean Room Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Principles (cGMPs).
  • Product Packaging: Perform manual or automated assembly, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of products, components, and labels, meeting applicable visual acuity and color blindness standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to perform in-process inspections, data entry, and other necessary tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Stand continuously (95%-100%), walk frequently (50%-79%), and perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and reaching.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a clean room environment, gowning required, and meet physical demands of the job.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Certification in PPE, including filtering face masks, PAPR, N-95 masks, half-face masks, and safety glasses.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in hot and cold environments, up to 79% of the time.
