We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Young Toddler Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Guide, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters independence, exploration, and deep learning in our young toddlers.

Your Role

As a Lead Young Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Observing each child closely to understand and meet their physical, intellectual, and emotional needs
• Preparing a beautiful and orderly environment that promotes trust, exploration, and independence
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence by helping children 'do it all by themselves'
• Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy
• Forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a community of respect
• Communicating and collaborating respectfully with parents to provide the best possible care for every child
