Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cashier Associate to join our Front End team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Keep the sales floor clean and organized, restocking shelves and facing products as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00*, along with additional compensation in the form of premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Salary Range

$18.50 - $22.25 per hour (estimated based on location and experience)
