Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports for private equity funds, associated entities, and co-investment vehicles.
  • Facilitate capital calls, distributions, and partner capital statements.
  • Engage with limited partners to address their reporting and informational needs.
  • Collaborate with the deal team and legal department regarding fund flows, deal structures, and closing documentation.
  • Support the annual audit process for the firm's funds and manage tax responsibilities.
  • Oversee projects and workflow in coordination with outsourced accounting services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Fund Accounting for private equity funds or in public/private accounting within a private equity environment is required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks; familiarity with Allue/AltaReturn is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
