Server Role at First Watch Restaurants

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at First Watch Restaurants. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Exhibit a professional attitude and presentation at all times
  • Know the menu, including ingredients and prices, to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Take orders and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared to our high standards
  • Perform all table service functions, including serving food and beverages, and handling payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
