Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operations of a designated property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage and guide the on-site team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Lead marketing and leasing initiatives to attract and retain residents.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay competitive within the industry.

  • Train and mentor staff in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate reports as needed for management review.
  • Handle rental collections and invoice processing.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager, or equivalent management experience. A valid driver's license is required.

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control, are essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead effectively in a dynamic environment, exhibit solid multi-tasking capabilities, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with residents, staff, vendors, and corporate personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed, along with the ability to travel for training and meetings, is expected.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
