Certified Nursing Assistant for Private Duty Care

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide is a dedicated professional who provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager, and notifies them immediately in case of any incidents or accidents.
- Ensures safe driving practices, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seatbelt when required for business travel.
- Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients from bed to chair or wheelchair.
- Assists with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
- Preferred experience in home care for at least six months.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet patients' needs.
- Capacity to function in any home situation, regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the patient.
- Able to work independently and multitask.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization.
