- Provide clear and accurate details about policy specifics, claims processes, and account statuses.
- Policy Administration:
- Assist clients with modifications to their policies, including updates to coverage, personal details, and billing information.
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure efficient handling of client requests.
- Claims Assistance:
- Guide clients through the claims process, including filing claims and providing necessary documentation.
- Follow up on claims status and keep clients informed with updates and resolutions.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriters to facilitate quick resolution of claims issues.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and current records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, documentation, and reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
- Excellence in Customer Service:
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
- Address client complaints and issues constructively, aiming for positive resolutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer service experience and contribute to team success.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company developments and industry trends.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and customer service practices.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and terminology is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing client information and transactions.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
