    • Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriters to facilitate quick resolution of claims issues.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate and current records of client interactions and transactions.

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
  • Excellence in Customer Service:
    • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.

  • Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance sector.
