Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical therapy needs.
2. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
3. Document patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Work Schedule:
Operational hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Weekly Commitment:
This position requires a commitment of 8 hours per week.
Department:
Children's Therapy Center.
