About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team at Perseus Learning Center. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one ABA Therapy to clients in a clinic-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possesses basic knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and provides training upon hire.
  • Delivers high-quality ABA Therapy sessions to clients, adhering to treatment plans and recommendations from supervising BCBA's.
  • Maintains accurate client session data records and ensures timely timesheet management using software programs.
  • Handles emotionally charged situations with professionalism and ensures a safe and positive environment for clients.
Requirements
  • Completion of the Registered Behavior Technician 40-hour Relias online training course before first day of work.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism or other disabilities.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (still apply if not already obtained).
  • Must live in Arizona or have immediate plans to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis Intervention experience.
  • ABA Software Data Collection Experience.
Compensation

Our estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
