OBJECTIVE: The Coffee Vending Machine Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with both current and potential customers. This position involves assisting clients, showcasing new offerings, ensuring optimal equipment performance, diagnosing issues, and providing maintenance solutions in accordance with company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular follow-ups post-sale to confirm client satisfaction.
  • Address customer technical inquiries swiftly to resolve issues and alleviate concerns.
  • Act promptly to tackle customer challenges.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations. Diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate equipment usage to ensure peak performance.
  • Communicate equipment issues and repair processes clearly to clients.
  • Adhere to company protocols and document all service activities accurately.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients.
  • Introduce new products and services to existing clientele.
  • Compile and submit reports on sales activities, account statuses, and potential challenges.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Coffee Vending Machine Technician.
  • Background in customer service is advantageous.
  • Capability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Strong mechanical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic abilities.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and diagrams.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented with strong motivational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
