Responsibilities:


- Review and process subcontracts, change orders, and bonds to ensure compliance with established terms.

- Collect and verify project subcontractor/supplier lien waivers.

- Gather, assess, and process monthly project invoices from subcontractors/suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate accruals to the appropriate cost reports and phase codes.

- Ensure timely payments to all subcontractors and key suppliers.

- Understand the monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) process and ensure accurate and timely submission of project P&Ls.

- Process cost transfers on project cost reports for Project Management personnel.

- Provide monthly support to Project Management in preparing billings for project owners.

- Collect, review, and submit monthly owner billings to the Accounting Manager for processing.

- Communicate with project teams regarding payment tracking for projects.

- Manage all communications with clients and subcontractors in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field

- No prior construction accounting experience is necessary
