  • Operational Execution: Consistently execute the PDS Health Operational Model, meeting office imperatives and driving revenue and profit growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget, demonstrating proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing coaching and mentoring to team members to drive improvement and growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and transparent communication with direct supervisors, promoting trust-based relationships and addressing issues promptly.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, providing regular updates to Regional Managers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in operational management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Epic, 1VU, and BOX. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required; reliable means of transportation necessary.
