- Operational Execution: Consistently execute the PDS Health Operational Model, meeting office imperatives and driving revenue and profit growth.
- Financial Management: Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget, demonstrating proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
- Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing coaching and mentoring to team members to drive improvement and growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and transparent communication with direct supervisors, promoting trust-based relationships and addressing issues promptly.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, providing regular updates to Regional Managers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Five or more years of experience in operational management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Epic, 1VU, and BOX. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required; reliable means of transportation necessary.
- Competitive Compensation: $32.50-$45.50 per hour.
