Your Role

As a handyman professional, you'll play a critical role in meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction and quality work. You'll be responsible for completing maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial projects, while communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and manage expectations
  • Deliver a great experience that wows repeat customers
  • Follow the Mr. Handyman Way, a repeatable process for exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Proficiency in at least three areas: carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, general plumbing and electrical work, floor installation and refurbishing
  • Familiarity with building codes
  • Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle
