We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Local Infusion. As a remote infusion therapy specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervision to a team of RNs. If you are passionate about shaping the way specialty infusion care is delivered and have a strong background in infusion therapy, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote supervision and guidance to RNs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assess and document the health status of new patients, providing comprehensive care and support.
- Collaborate with referring and prescribing providers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- Participate in annual staff review process, including skill competency assessments and performance evaluations.
- Board certification through ANCC or AANP.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- Excellent IV skills and experience with infusion therapy.
- Strong familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
