Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in science, technology, or engineering discipline
* Minimum of ten years' experience in manufacturing technology
* Proven experience in leading small teams
* Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including public speaking on technical topics
* Project management, entrepreneurship, or financial modeling experience a plus

Additional Requirements:

* Managed budgets
* Familiarity with export control requirements
* Knowledge of Technical Readiness Levels (TRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL) in an R&D context
