As a RN Resident, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, collect, and document patient data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Establish, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and discharge plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
- Engage in collaborative relationships with peers and other professional disciplines to promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Assume responsibility for professional growth and accountability, including ongoing education and skill development.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certifications as required by the unit or area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional patient care and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
