We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment. This role involves working in a well-equipped facility that prioritizes patient health and community wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency medical services to patients.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including APPs and specialists.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills.
Work Schedule:
Physicians will work a total of 12 shifts per month, with daytime hours from 8 AM to 8 PM. Night shifts are managed by advanced practice providers, supported by telemedicine and hospitalist services.
Compensation Package:
The financial package includes:
- Hourly compensation ranging from $265.00 to $300.00.
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance.
- Paid continuing medical education (CME) opportunities.
- Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage.
- Retirement plans and medical health benefits.

The facility is a non-profit critical access hospital with 25 certified beds, providing a range of services including emergency care, medical imaging, laboratory services, and rehabilitation programs. The hospital is committed to comprehensive care, including substance abuse rehabilitation and behavioral therapies.
