About the Role

Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in a Specialty Home Infusion setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compounding and Dispensing: Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and pharmacy protocols.
  • Clinical Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring of patients receiving infusion therapies to ensure safe and effective treatment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, intake/admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new pharmacy staff and may act as a preceptor for pharmacy interns.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or R.Ph. with relevant clinical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a specialty home infusion company or hospital setting with primary responsibilities in the pharmacy IV room.
  • Licensure: Active state licensure as a pharmacist.
  • Skills: Excellent clinical and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
